HOST CITIES
Together with cities and municipalities, we are working towards a more inclusive society. The Urban Youth Games are at the intersection of various competencies: youth, sport, education, equal opportunities, welfare, ... and contribute to integration in society.
Do you want to join our programme and host an edition of the Urban Youth Games? Flemish cities can benefit from support from the Flemish government through Plan Samenleven, which promotes living together in diversity. Host cities can benefit from a year-round social inclusion plan and events. Schools from host cities will also have priority access to the national event.
SCHOOLS
The Urban Youth Games offer a year-round social inclusion plan including playbooks, challenges and events (regional and national). All schools can benefit from our free playbooks. Access to the events is limited to our partner cities. In 2024 we will host events in Molenbeek, Tournai, Wavre, Antwerp, Uccle, Bruges, La Louvière and Mechelen... In 2024 we will also host our first-ever international edition in Brussels on 31 May.
PARTNERS
The Urban Youth Games are supported by a strong network of loyal partners who help us inspire, include and educate future generations. Is your company interested in supporting a concrete project with added social value? We offer unforgettable professional volunteering experiences, bespoke activations, and visibility on a national level. Do you want to make a difference together with your colleagues or employees? Contact us for a tailor-made approach, including CSR, or financial support.
FEDERATIONS & CLUBS
The Urban Youth Games work closely together with sports federations for the creation of our inclusive playbooks and for activities during our events. Would you like to contribute to our initiatives? Get in touch so we can bring children in touch with your sport and promote the values of inclusion, fair play, and respect together.
VOLUNTEERS
We would not be able to organize our events without the support of countless volunteers, who are the backbone of our organisation. It is thanks to the time, energy, commitment, and kindness of people just like you who put inclusion into action to make the world a better place. Do you have a proactive attitude and are you interested in volunteering for the Urban Youth Games? Get in touch and we will get back to you with different opportunities. We offer both free and paying assignments. Options include logistics (helping with setting up and dismantling events), help during events (accompanying children, ensuring their safety, keeping the site clean, logistical support for setting up tables, coordinating bus departures, etc.)
PARENTS
Through our school programme, children can participate in inclusive sporting activities. If you would like your children to participate in regional events, talk to your children’s school principals or teachers or reach out to your local governments. Feel free to reach out to us for a playbook, event ideas or general remarks about inclusion.
MÆCENAS
